NBA Baller Beats: A giant leap in Kinect motion sensing games

If you’re a basketball fan and love to shoot hoops even on your gaming console through Kinect or otherwise, then we have some good news for you. The latest Xbox 360 release is an NBA basketball game named as the NBA Baller Beats.

The developers of Cooking Mama series, Majesco have come out with this latest Kinect motion sensing controller game.

The difference between most other games in this genre and this one is that here you are not making some random gesture to mimic a move, but you are actually making moves like dribbling, shooting or jumping to make the game work. This game is the first real step in moving away from pretend playing to a much more realistic platform.

The gameplay involves you making the moves to the beat of the music. An icon displays the next basketball move that you need to perform in tandem with the music beat.

The game has three levels -Rookie, Pro and Baller, which would keep you engaged and gives you a great workout at the same time. The game features music tracks from the likes of Kayne West, Gorillaz, Common and many more.
